Personal License

You may use, modify and convert the purchased asset for your own personal projects. You may not redistribute, resell, share or upload the original source files or a substantially equivalent source package. For Secondlife, it means you can resell the finished product mod copy but not transfer.

Commercial License

You may use and modify the purchased asset in qualifying commercial projects and may distribute permitted converted works subject to the applicable product license. You may not resell or redistribute the original source package or make the source files available as a substitute for purchasing the asset. For Secondlife, this means you can resell the finished product mod copy and transfer.

Ownership

Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original model, textures or source files.
